Well hello everyone, welcome to my new website and blog! Launch day 1 and I'm so excited to have this space for me to share my passion with you.

I'm a Barnsley based writer and have a love of words. When I'm not reading or writing, I'm looking after my mad dog, Loki. Over in the projects section, you can find some of my words that are out in the world.

What will I blog about?

I am going to be posting regularly about my journey as a writer, events I'm attending, what I'm reading and maybe the occasional dog picture. I'll also be sharing the adventures of my writing group, celebrating successes and crying into my coffee over the inevitable rejections. I'll be posting writing prompts, tips, advice and reflecting on the influence journaling has on living a creative life.

Join me as we traverse the landscapes of fiction and non-fiction, lose ourselves in the poetry of language, and unravel the mysteries of the literary universe.
